Limited Warranty / Return Policy

MAC Palace, Inc. provides this 60 day limited warranty on hardware only. Software is warranted solely by the manufacturer of the software title. MAC Palace, Inc. warrants to the original end-user purchaser (" Customer" ) that the product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as stated on your invoice from the date of purchase. In accordance with terms and exceptions of this limited warranty, MAC Palace, Inc. will either repair of replace any product, which is shown to be defective. Warranty is voided if Warranty Sticker has been broken or removed.

Defective products returned for replacement will be replaced with the same product or model as the original unit. We accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 5 days of the date that the item is DELIVERED. We will Ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you or we may issue a credit. The Sales of ALL Logic Boards and LCDs (Screens) are final. The Logic Boards and LCDs (Screens) are non-Refundable. If the Logic Boards and LCDs (Screens) are defective, the buyer needs to contact and report MacPalace, Inc. within 5 days of the delivery date. The  Logic Boards and LCDs (Screens) need to be shipped to MacPalace, Inc. 1218 S Glendale Ave # 105,Glendale CA 91205 . After we test the  Logic Boards and LCDs (Screens), if the item(s) were diagnosed to be defective at the time that the item(s) were shipped out, an store credit /Exchange will be applicable on the account. The shipping charges to return the item back to MacPalace, Inc. is on buyer. If any item including the Logic Boards and LCDs (Screens) are diagnosed by our technicians as defective because of misuse or customer installation error/fault or any other abuse, There shall not be ANY Refund or Store Credit or any other type of credit applicable on the customer's account. Customer must remove all components that Customer has installed in/on the product and must securely pack the product in its original packaging. ALL warranty stickers must be sealed with no warranty stickers broken or peeled. ALL miscellaneous materials, such as manuals, accessories, cables, and other peripherals, MUST be included. If any of these materials are missing, the RMA will not be processed until these items are obtained. The authorization number MUST be on the shipping label not on the carton. Items that do not have an RMA number on the shipping label will not be accepted or processed.

Non-Defective Returns - Returns of NON-DEFECTIVE items: MAC Palace, Inc. provides a 5-day return/exchange policy. 5 days from the time you receive the equipment, you can either return the equipment or exchange for a different make, model. There will be a 35% restocking fee associated with all returns. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee but will be subject to freight charges. To obtain service under this limited warranty, Customer must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to MAC Palace, Inc. To obtain a RMA numbers please call MAC Palace, Inc. customer service. You need the following information ready when you call our customer service: Name or Company Name, Password, Invoice Number, Make and Model Number of the equipment, and nature of the problem. You may also fill-out the RMA request form online. If  you prefer to fill-out the form online just click on the RMA Request. Only one equipment per RMA request. Customer is responsible for all insurance, risks, and costs associated with shipping the product to MAC Palace, Inc. MAC Palace, Inc. customer service shall email an RMA to you within 24 hours. RMAs must be received within 10 days from the date that the RMA was issued.

Repairs on systems may result in the need to reformatting the hard disk drive. Customer should copy all data on the hard drive regularly and before Customer returns the product for service. MAC Palace, Inc. shall be responsible for all insurance, risks and costs associated with shipping the product back to the Customer

This warranty does not cover any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or humidity, or improper electrical power or installation of components or other maintenance by anyone other than MAC Palace, Inc. THERE ARE NO EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE) EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. MAC Palace, Inc. WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty which MAC Palace, Inc. extends on the product and it sets forth all of MAC Palace, Inc. responsibilities regarding the product. All other warranties are disclaimed.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages to the extent the above limitations may not apply to Customer. This warranty gives Customer specific legal rights Customer may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Price change
If we make any pricing errors on our Site we reserve the right to change the price of any part to the updated price at any time. If you have already purchased the part we will notify you of the price change as soon as possible .You will either be offered the chance to confirm the correct price on the part or your order will be cancelled. We do not charge the credit card before we get the confirmation from you.

MAC Palace, Inc. may change this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this site, so we encourage you to review our privacy policy from time to time.
